  • relate to, reconcile and repair relationships with different parts of yourself

  • develop distress tolerance and/or rest tolerance and nurture your own sense of safety

  • sensitize you to your own experience; develop skills to move away from reactivity and towards participation in how you move through interruptions, disruptions and interference; loosening the grip of insistence

meditations

i also offer meditations and co-meditation dyads, which offer the opportunity to proactively meet material (emotions, thoughts, beliefs, etc.) or meet material as it arises. this is also for those interested in learning more about meditation or establishing your own practice. if you’re not sure where to start or would benefit from some guidance meeting the residue of life, we can build a foundation. meditations/co-meditations are practices that:

  • cultivate capacity to meet and proactively navigate challenging emotions, thoughts and memories

  • investigate and transcend self-limiting beliefs and conditioning

  • can resolve symptoms including sleeplessness, anxiety, fear, depression, chronic pain, post-traumatic stress, etc.

  • develop and train single-pointed focus

  • deepen into your inner resources, grounded-ness and ease; connect with your inherent wholeness
