i specialize in mental health and wellness with an emphasis on developing self-leadership and internal sturdiness.
my perspective is informed by post-graduate training in traumatic stress, integrative restoration yoga nidra, polyvagal theory, lifestyle medicine and interpersonal neurobiology. my clinical work has taken place in hospitals, community mental health clinics, hospices, veteran centers, corporate wellness, virtual mental health platforms and integrated managed care programs.
alongside my work as a therapist and coach, i’ve spent 10 years in movement fields with an emphasis on yoga and meditation since 2018. beyond the physical, my work focused on building resilience and adaptivity by engaging the nervous system and developing mindset.
